  • ovaj debeli ima kovachku ruku ... :)

  • Nedaj boze da ovaj celavi nekog uhvati da ga bije.

  • kolika je clanarina?

  • 3:38 shows two on one kick boxing. Which is good to train in but each attacker tends to be hit back into retreating. If they went in and grabed on him the fight wouldn't go so well as it did. A general view of it all and seeing MMA mixed with systema. It seems pretty effective their isn't use of eye gauges and other reality baseted techniques but I wouldn't say their ignored. But basicly this is a good way to train with an enjoyable MMA method which ppl will enjoy.

  • Od 2.30 izgleda ko da je stiven sigal :)

  • @scarred10 yeah I got a bit tetchy, for which there was no call. I understand your perspective. You're probably right about mma being the best training fo many situtaions. I still think GOOD systema has a lot to offer, purely combatively, that other styles don't. Inc the soft work, which is a training tool, not a fighting technique. Also I'd say say over 50% of so called systema on YT is sh!t. I'll write you a personal message explaining my views when I get the chance. Cheers

  • @CNCTEMATIC look, what i ean by turning to shit is that none of what they do during drills and soft work can be applied in contact, its the same with all shite styles, they waste their time on stuff that cannot be done under pressure.Everybody here would e a lot better if the trained like mma fighters but the tactical and psycho considerations for the street.Everything looks like mma anyway when real so why not just train for it properly.

  • @scarred10 "forgetting their systema"? Are you a systema expert? I guess everything you know about systema is watching YT. I.e. nothing. So don't presume to say what systema is and isn't. You don't know (even tho you're really interested). If you're into MMA you can't assess the quality of these guys' work because you won't understand their methods or goals. You're looking for 1on1 sport fighting technique. Of course you don't see it. These guys have different goals-pure survival, no limits.

  • @CNCTEMATIC they cant even do 1 on 1,y turning to shit I mean they are forgetting their systema horshit uder pressure ad resorting to very poor standard sport combat.Nobody in that vid would last 1 session in any boxing, thai or mma group ive ever been in.THE FACT THAT THEY SPAR AT ALL IS GOOD THOUGH,MOST DO ZERO FULL CONATCT WORK.

  • @scarred10 I don't know what you expect to see during full contact exercises - do you think its meant to look like a kung fu movie? I don't see anything "turning to shit". I see intelligent and realistic work under the inevtiably messy context of full contact. These guys are honing realistic self defence skills for real life situations, such as multiple opponents and maintaining focus under stress. Bit harder than sport 1on1. A strength of good Systema schools like Kostic's.
