  • Freedom of Expression does not exist in the UK. Just go and read the Human Rights Act 1998 on Free Speech and Expression. It places restrictions on Free speech if that free speech offends others.

    That is not Free Speech or Free Expression. That is controlled Speech and Expression or Speech with restrictions.

    Freedom of the Press is in the US Constitution. It would be good to have Free Press, Free Speech and Free Expression if only we had a Constitution in the UK that protected this.
