Take about a 1/4 tablet of Fluke-Tabs, and about 1/4-1/8 of a tablet of Interceptor for large dogs, mix in a bucket with some water, and dip your corals to be pest and parasite-free.
This is a pretty broad spectrum dip suitable for most corals.

  • How long are you leaving the coral in the dip?

  • Not so scientific but anywhere from ten minutes to about an hour.

  • What is Interceptor? i've been looking for this and none of the pet stores in my town had heard of it?

  • It's a prescription dewormer for dogs, available from your vet for your dog.

  • Thanks! What do you think about dipping corals in an iodine dip??

  • Does nothing for certain things you want to avoid getting in your tank. Better than nothing but not as good as this combo.

  • Thanks for the help!

  • what exactly do each of these get rid of? flatworms? pods? nudis? other?

  • Very nice. I've wondered about getting rid of hitch-hikers on corals. I have a small reef and found this very helpful. Keep it up!
