Of course the universe has no purpose its all rock and matter and energy flying in all directions and progressing with complete indifference to life and humans, it is a stupid question to ask a bunch of rocks if we have a purpose. We should instead study evolution and psychology and neuroscience and sociology and try to find our meaning there and finally accept after all these centuries that the universe does not have any meaning to give us.

This is my last post to you--it is pointless to kick a dead horse, er...soul. I would only implore you to ask Christ into your heart and life, and let Him do the rest. Again you are wrong. I can't reject something that doesn't exist. I do reject your claim that a God exists, however ( Especially an evil god who plays with people's faith by making them nearly kill their children). You know that you people believe Jonah was in a real whale right? You know that you all believe that Mary was a virgin? You used to ban shellfish too but I guess they were too yummy and Jesus, sorta-kinda, made it ok again if you manipulate his words just so...pretty pathetic, sir.
