I just bought this camera and was testing it with a 30p frame rate instead of 60i. 60i gives you interlaced footage and I work on a mac which doesn't really support AVCHD footage. It uses its own conversions which basically takes interlaced footage and makes it look like garbage. I decided to shoot in 30p and it provided a much better end result which is still HD quality, especially given that this is a $400 camera. I also turned off the dynamic picture steadiness control. I was shaky and apologize for the crappy shaking! This is only a test!

@TheSostreBros Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I didn't realize anyone had commented on this video! I use iMovie as my video editing program. I saved it as an MP4 file under HD720 (1280x720) video size and exported it straight to an external hard drive. If you need more specific info feel free to message me.
