  • Hi, i'm from Brazil. I'm authoring a DVD menu. it's a composition with a town image with moving clouds in the background.

i found many clouds image on youtube including yours

and have a budget of U$ 100 to spend on this images.

I'd like to now if you are interessed.

    My email is

    eduardoborgerth@terra.com.br

    Thanks

  • I have sent some info to you via eMial :-) Cheers!

  • ok so what is the magical formular for interval between shots and frames per second

  • I vary the interval based on the speed of the clouds. For fast-moving cumulus, one frame every 1-2 seconds works well. For slower moving clouds like cirrus, a frame every 4-8 seconds is better. Playback is always 30fps, so the speed-up is 30x with 1-second intervals, 60x with 2 second intervals, etc... =)

  • m8 this is good, alot better than other cloud time lapses on youtube. I've done a bit myself, but nothing like this :D

  • Thanks for the kind words! Sometimes I get lucky with good lighting and conditions :-) Cheers!
