    You can do it a couple of times a week and try adding in some of the other routines to change it up a bit. Otherwise you will be working the same areas and you might get bored.

    I'm very fit so I had no problem doing it, i did all the reps like in the video and didn't miss anything and felt i could do more at the end, but it is definetly a very good workout and I will continue to do it because it makes you sweat a lot, good luck to everybody
