  • This looks like what I need to do. I will start and give it a try in the morning. People also have to remember to eat properly also. You cannot just excercise and everything is good. I found just changing my drinks in the day helps. From Coca cola zero to just plain water. I only want to lose 10 to 15 lbs tops so this should do it for me quick. Please tell me it will,.Linda

  • @hercyzeus Hi Linda, of course you can do it! Changing your calorie intake is an important part of your lifestyle change. You may want to also look at our video from Nutritionist Jo Beer as it is not just about exercise. Feel free to leave a question on her video if you have one and she will get back to you. Please eat and exercise sensibly, and seek proper medical advice if necessary.

  • Squeeze those glutes! Hello I am 32 5'0 about 195 ..BIG GIRL! Does anyone think this would be to hard on me..I been walking..but I don't want to bust my heart ya know..but I need to lose this fat...it's insane..Right now I am just watching so I can see what I am working with..it looks great like something this FATTY needs!.

  • @neesee520 We don't want you to bust your heart either! You should get proper medical advice before starting any new exercise routines. Please exercise within your limits and ease into a new routine. Walking is a good start and swimming may also work. Good luck thanks for the comment.   • OH MY GOD! This took EVERYTHING out of me! Shows how out of shape I am. I'm going to be doing this everyday! If my body allows it! :) LOVED IT!

  • im 161 lbs and im planning in doing this everyday for 6 months ,, what do u think the result would be ? im planning for losing 36 pounds .. answer me plz

  • This took everything out of me but I too did had to stop after 11 minutes or so. I'm 15 years old (female). I weigh 165 pounds and my height's 5'4. This is a great workout but I think this is too intense for me. After the next day my arms ached so bad. But you're still awesome guys! Haha.

  • OMG! I had to stop after 11 minutes. I'm 18 years old(Female), weight: 123 pounds, height: 5'2. This was so intense. I'm out of shape >.<. I lost 50 pounds went from 170 to 120 (gained three pounds since i've stopped working out) I have a jiggly and chubby figure in my opinion so I hope this tones me up nicely! :)) Great video guys.
