  • Man you have had to review some weird stuff Ed.

  • Only the name is weird, it's just a fuzz box!

  • Well okay you gotta point there, but I still think you've reviewed some weird stuff like the bass with a twist in its neck or the deity 10 string bass, ...........you know what, that's all I can think of, so you can probably disregard my comment, not very well thought out. Sorry.

  • It's cool. I guess some of it is a little unusual.

  • Well

You can say (Puts on sunglasses)

That sounded like ass (cue in The Who)

No seriously, that was a really cool review and a really cool pedal. If I had the money this would move my Digitech distortion out the window.

Would this compare to any other pedal out there, such as the Swollen Pickle?

    Again, great review.

  • Don't know. I've never had a swollen pickle.....

  • Yikes!

    Very stoned sounding.

I wonder how that would sound next to my Electro Harmonix BASSBALLS?

My goal is to have all effects on my bass pedal board with vulgar and homo-erotic sounding names.

  • 1min11secs hahahahahahahahahaha.

  • Awesome hendix riff!!!!!!!

  • Cool pedal

  • @mcg413 you can use any distortion pedal on bass, but you will have no bass in the tone, it sounds like a sick, in a bad way, guitar. a pedal specialized for the bass is much better. same concept between the cry baby wah and it's bass counterpart. I own this pedal and i love it so much!

  • What version of the pedal is this, it never said? Is it silicon?

  • @BassGuitarMag I'd never play without it! XD

  • That is one badass-master. However, I think it's just a distortion pedal specialized for a bass. You can use any distortion pedal on a bass, right?

  • Ed' I've been playing bass since I was 9-in '73!!! Live gigging since 14y.o. & Just wanna say U do a great job in yr reviews. Great reviewing & entertaining too ;-)

This B:ASSMASTER reminds me of the Bass Big Muff-that I've got. I love the BBM's dry setting- so U can keep yr original bass sound & ad the FX, This seems to do this also via the sensitivity. Keep up the great work.

  • @BassGuitarMag You make EVERYTHING sound great Ed. U go to show HOW a passive Jazz can be earth shattering here well tho!
