Yes, it is Paul. At the end of the song it was leading into 'Above All' being performed by Lenny LeBlanc. The album I have is 'Integrity's i worship, A Total worship experience'. The same song leads into the other. the other thing I have is a comment about the video [because I love the song], you wrote the phrase Everyone should fear God, I don't fear him at all. I love, honor and respect Him. God is Love.

The first verse is NOT Paul...he comes in at 'Lord of heaven and earth' and sings the second verse. The first verse is either Marc Byrd or Steve Hindalong, the composers...one of them, I forget which, was with Paul on this recording.
