not sure whether UN accepts N.Korea as a nation but we S. Koreans do not consider N.Korea as a nation. they are a group of terrorists who enslaves and kills their own people.
By the way, N. Korea is not under communism. It has never been. well at least past 20-30 years. I guess communism just sounds better than Dictatorship to N.Koreans.
I wish all the leaders of communist party in North Korea burn to death. They surely deserve it.
