The problem I saw with a lot of these out fits is they take a young fellow with very little experience stick him in a truck and send him off.. Thats why if you ever see a group of them they allways have at least one boss in a pick up truck running herd on the group.. I have spoke to a few at rigs and they told me all the training they got was driving aound the small hills near Cochrane Ab. I say they need a better mentoring programme and at least half of these incidents may have been avoided..
