Male Lion defending his kill (Girraffe) from adolescent females of the same pride (Somalisa Camp, Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe - November 2009) This all occurred some 120 meters from the camp and approximately 6 to 8 meters from our vehicle. Shot with a Canon Ixus 95 camera in video mode, due to camcorder battery packing up
