what you people dont understand is that this was an event that was not for seen until the race day. Cyclone Yasi last year the breeze reached 72 knots at the most intense stage of the cyclone and demolished North Queensland. At the most intense stage of this storm the breeze reached 92 knots. Sailors dread 30 knots and if they knew what was going to happen they would not of raced. Everyone knew a strom was coming but no-one knew that this weather bomb was coming.

What a shame, that brave men risk their lives for showoff-idiots, who go on sailing in spite of warnings and then expect to be saved.
