You know a show is great when they build up such a great character, only to have him die in what may be the best death scene ever. Did I mention that the writers were able to have him contemplate suicide? You know a show's great when they can get away with that.

No upgrades, No special mobility options like many others and no big guns, just pure badass the entire series. Everyone makes mistakes or gets oneupped by someone or something on occasion throughout the series but no one freaking beats down entire opposing force with almost no energy and still manages to oneup megatron with a freaking rock and a stick! Just EPIC!

a true warrior to the end. I couldn't believe that he died when I saw the episode, its the only thing from best wars that made it worth seeing. his death will always be memorable.

Its too bad you don't see more animated, 2D or 3D, shows today that can tackle subject matters like this show did, especially these days, and do it right like this show did time and again.

It's hard to believe a "kids" show had this high caliber of character development. Code of hero is one of my favorite episodes of any show, and dinobot is a timeless character, especially when you have him and rattrap (another amazing character) together
