What you want to unlock is $10.00 plus gas prices and electricity rates that will go through the roof, putting far more people into poverty. Poverty is an urgent problem, climate change is not. People in poor countries can't handle climate change because they are poor and can;t build the necessary safeguards. It's an economic problem, not a climate problem. The UN should spend more time on the urgent need of poverty and less time on climate change.
