so great to see you Miranda! You look great. I say go for that goal, the journey never ends is what I would tell your doc. You are still working it with food and exercise and reshaping the mental game of this new healthy life you have created and who would want to stop that ? Not you! Great things you have done in 3 years. Your b.fab class looks like a great time and for sure a good workout. 50 lbs down from b.fab = sign me up. I have already googled it! See you again soon! Happy 2012!

Wow! Miranda, 280, that's AMAZING! The dancing looks soooo fun. I want to do something fabulous like that. I need to make the time for myself. You're such an inspiration. I have been watching your videos for about two years now. I always enjoy seeing you progress and how kind you are. :-)
WOW!! thats just awesome! You look great! I had the vsg with Dr Spaw in march 2011. I really would like to go on and get the DS, can you tell me the difference in the way you're able to eat. Also the difference in you vitamin intake, things like that? Thanks hun! Love hugs & prayers, Pat

@AdorableFatChic You know, getting the DS was the best thing. After the VSG, every time I would eat I got this sleeping spell for 20 minutes. it was horrible. I would literally almost be passed out at the table. After the DS surgery that went away. It was life saving. The difference in the vitamins is I have to take A LOT of vitamins. I take calcium 3x's a day, 50,000 IU vitamin D, Vitamin A 2x's a day, Vitamin E 2x's a day, copper, zinc, folic acid, b12, K1, K2, Iron..lol.

@AdorableFatChic the best thing about the DS is I can have cheese, milk, bacon, etc without guilt. The worse thing is if you don't absorb the fat, it has to go somewhere...lol So in reality you do have to watch your fat intake. Definitely have to watch the carbs because that gives your stomach problems and can potentially have restroom problems.
