yes elephants should be allowed to wander freely though town as they please...nothing even remotely dangerous would come from that. and if the elephant refuses medical care instead of tying it up and forcing it to hold still so the vet can help it we should respect the animals wishes and let them die of easily prevented diseases and injuries that can be fixed....what is this world coming to?
