How to make a classic Jamaican jerk marinade to be used for BBQ, grilling or oven roasting chicken, pork, beef or seafood. This jerk sauce is a traditional sauce made and use in Jamaica and the rest of the Caribbean. The exact recipe for this jerk sauce can be found at http://caribbeanpot.com/a-classic-jamaican-jerk-marinade/, including step by step preparation instructions.
Gonna make this marinade this weekend for my chicken wings. I'm gonna let them marinade starting out tonight and then cook them in the oven before we go out. I'm excited, I hope the other guests at the party we are attending like it HOT baby!! I'll try and remember to let you know how it turns out. The only thing I will do differently from the original recipe is add some of my own smoked chipotle peppers for some smoke too.
