Saint Michael's School, Livermore, CA 1963

This is from St. Michael's School in Livermore, CA, 1963. The fine 8 MM work of my dad, Dick Jessing. The first 1.5 minutes are First Holy Communion, second graders. My sister and brother, Nancy and Peter, were in this parade. The second segment is confirmation, I think. The outfits were pretty much the same for graduation. If you were close to me in height, because that's how we lined up, you might catch a glimpse of yourself. And watch for the dramatic closing scene with Sister Laura !! Posted by Barbara Jessing

great video. a keeper for sure. i went to st. michaels from 1995-2005. K-8 loved the school. sister emmanuel was a charm.
