Why do people refer to following jesus of Nazareth when in fact we follow the risen Christ of power. We don't follow a human Jesus, we follow a ressurected Christ. Thats makes us not only brothers to Christ but sons of God. That mean in spirit we are now of the same kind as God, not so much humankind as 'godkind' in that which is in us lives forever.

In fact being spiritual in nature involves us in the most violent of wars, that which we can win.

I don't think you were a Christian, at least you did NOT know God, Jesus or Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit comes with real power, when He is in your life, your life becomes supernatural, compared to life in the world. Those are the words of John, but as all the prophets He was inspired by Holy Spirit to write every word. To use Christianity as a religion is garbage! All religions are garbage. Jesus says in His word that He wants to be our FRIEND!

Agree, the power from Him alone is so strong. I felt so alive, so peaceful and so happy. I lost that when I stopped spending time with Him. I wont want to lose Him ever. I've tried all the ways in life to find happiness. And Jesus is the way to inner eternal happiness.

Malcolmx28- you are very confused, and you proclaim by your own words that Jesus exists, but if you really believed, then you would believe the sum of the word of God. Not just parts of it. Because in order to believe that there will be a judgement day, and that Jesus will ask us questions, you must believe the New Testament.
