If you notice, SWAT 4 is one of the rare games that doesn't have a story or plot whatsoever. It's just mission after mission. However, this game is still highly replayable. Positions of suspects and hostages are always random and always present new challenges.

  • I half expected to see every hobo with a gun within 9 blocks to be crawling all over the premises in this mission. After all, when the diamonds are "free," everyone will want to scoop up some.

I make that a reality when I play this game in the Stetchkov Syndicate with the Quick Mission Maker.

  • True, but I guess the police would have cordoned off the area so SWAT wouldn't have to engage them in the building.

  • This is a mission from hell.

  • @ktwq

but dont the hobos know the area better than anybody?

  • I find it very surprising that at least some 911 calls don't end with the perps shooting the caller and taunting the operator on the line before shooting the phone too. Would have made for some nice atmosphere.

Kind of like: "Try to pull the cops on our asses, missy? *BLAM BLAM BLAM* Very naughty of you. Hello, 911? We're just here to collect our well-deserved bling, and no one you send is going to stop us! *BLAM BLAM*"

  • Yeah, but since so many people believe that "when seconds count, the police are only minutes away"--I wouldn't be surprised if there were lots of street thugs and drug addicts looking to "score some stones" before the police got there. Then again, this is a "high-priority" building, after all.
