been there as well in Feb. '03 very cold. much colder than oslo, norway. Sir Eiffel is breathtaking, isnt it?

That's actually good to know because I'd imagine that it would be a lot less expensive to visit Paris in the winter. I love the picture you painted of the Eiffel Tower in the cold weather! Thanks for sharing that!
