Right kick ball change:
Kick right foot slightly forward, step onto the ball of your right foot, change weight onto your left foot.
Counts: 1&2
Left kick ball change:
Kick left foot slightly forward, step onto the ball of your left foot, change weight onto your right foot.
Counts: 1&2
