i think you deserve a feedback from me:
i think you motivate people really well.
after hearing you talk. i like how you talk softly and make good points.
when i was "lectured" by a staff member in the career services department at my college that i recently graduated from, I felt i was attacked by the guy.
overall i like how you put things in prospective. Thank you.
well thank you, and that's my feedback

Part One
Hello,
Something that needs to be addressed by all networking companies is how a job applicant can get interviews over family and friends of employers. Also, my experience is that more and more companies take advantage of voicemail, email, and company web pages to dodge job applicants. I have even had human resource representatives reluctant to answer my questions and then tell me, "Everything is on our web page. Go there to apply and read the frequently asked questions".
