1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile run. Performed at Crossfit High Voltage - Burbank, CA. Final time: 53:29. Not bad for 1 month into working out there.

  • @spm04 You are supposed to do 100 pullups, then you can move on to 200 pushups, then to 300 squats. They must not have been as strict with it. He was fairly new too. Either way that is one hell of a workout. I have done it, it was brutal.

  • @brandenb78 Yes, they let noobs like me scale the workout any way we wanted. My next one coming up this year, I'll do strict. I'm hoping to cut at least 10 minutes off my time.

  • I thought you had to do the 100 pull ups all the way and then start on the 200 push ups.
