"Father and Son" is one of my favorite 70's slow rock song. The lyrics are just superb, except for one line - "Find a girl, settel down, if you want, you can marry."
The song tells a story about a father and his son, and the good times and bad times they have. Sadly, at the end, the issues between them remain unresolved. Ever wonder what is this rift between the two? And why the son has to leave home?

i don't see any remote reference or inference to sexual tastes in any and all lyrics in this song.is it possible that you are extremely homophobic?I'm straight[sexual preference is irrelevant by the way] and your remark is 100% off base and immature.great tune by the way,at least you made a solid selection......grow up!!!!!!!!

I think it means "fault" to mean more of like... shortcoming, rather then responsibility.
