i got really Depressed after watching this its dam sad too bad Saber cant stay with Shirou together ........

I almost cried at the end :( but it was a AWESOME anime :D

@LinksRoyal I hate it when writers do this. They create a romantic arc. Have us get attached to the characters. And then they rip our hearts out and make us regret that we even watched the series to begin with. It's just cruel.

Pretty sad ending, i really liked Sabre. I didn't feel too depressed because i knew that this would happen in the end, as much as i wanted to see Shirou and Sabre together it would go against their characters ideals. Although this is no where near as bad as the incredibly depressing ending of Chrno Trigger, that ending just straight up pissed me off.

I'm a Saber fan, but to me, this ending is the best out of all three of them.

It's just that at the end, Saber accepted her fate and didn't want to redo it, that enough made me satisfied.

@karenxlunaxzakuro No, this is after she meets Shiro and Kiritsugu and returns to her "present time". She became a Heroic Spirit before she died, so when she decided not to participate in the Holy Grail War anymore (knowing that it's not going to grant her wish), she went back to her present time... where she dies. :'(
