    Unofficial controllers are often flimsy and their shape is never that good. 360 controller is just very well shaped and weighted for many types of hand. As far as shape, weight and comfort it is the best and it has the best triggers. Also as you said 360 has "better online features, interface, and connectivity" which adds a whole lot more to the games you can play..
