@amotherspraise I loaded for 2 days. You should have received an email after you placed your order with instructions and eBook. You can call them anytime the guy is very nice and will go over any info you need.

Most suggest you wait, but I started during and I didn't notice any difference. Once I got my mind set to start I couldn't put it off for anything.
