The first one was Invention. Engineering and Literacy.
The second one was Gunpowder. Invention and Iron Working. This one I remember because Gunpowder is always my first military-style goal - Musketeers are an excellent defense unit.
Those Catapults will run into problems if the enemy deploys movement-2 units like Cavalry - with only 1 Defense, they can get destroyed easily on the defense.
