Transition Madness (video editing tricks)

Here I use wall edges, doors, everything to perform the most unusual transitions in videos.

An invisible transition creates the impression of continuous video and emphasizes the content of the material.

This was done with Sony Vegas simple linear wipe crossfade effect, synchronized to the camera motion. The staircase transition was made using mask (manual contouring on every frame).

There is a short glimpse of my girlfriend standing in the lift cabin.

Such transitions require a very precise cutting of frames, so that the motion is perceived continuously and doesn't have a 'repeating' or 'skipping' effect.
