@MercC23k I know, its complete and utter nonsense. We have to be super careful for how much we serve people or at least make sure they have a ride. Last night I was serving two party that I knew had way too much as it is, but they thankfully had a DD come in and take them home. I'm always afraid I'm going to be the bartender who serves the drinks to the newest drinking and driving victim. Oh, this all takes place in Hellhole, USA btw... Most people call it South Dakota, though

@WWOLFwts Laws like that are bullshit. People need to be held accountable for their own actions, not blame their choice to drive drunk on the bartender. If you had to assume everyone was driving you could only serve everyone 1 drink an hour. If I am getting drunk I have a DD or accept I'm going to have to shell out for a cab. Btw, where are you at that has this law?
