So my high school teammate nbaclips finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over 8 inches taller! So he took the training plan over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and gained over 15 inches in his vertical jump!

nbaclips I m an amazing 5'9 chinese kid and I can dunk on 11 foot rims. Anyone can easily do it, just use the right workout. I followed the one at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any training workout is fine as long as they work which many do not
