When I downloaded mine, mines is a OTF file( OpenType Font)

you forgot the extract part on vista.

there only microsoft and notepad fonts:(

you have to extract it to the same file it's in then a new folder with the same name but different logo will be there and that' what you do it on. just hit ibstall
