Because obviously you wouldn't be capable of loving the second one at all. How could you when you already love the first one? Makes total sense.

@JSSK8BDR This is a very closed minded pov. I do not do this for my health... I eat tons of cookies and candy and all of the other bad stuff since I actually try to gain weight. I do this purely for the animals. And there is no doubt that slaughter will continue, but I am saving some from it. The number of vegetarians is growing, there is no way you can think that animals aren't being spared to some degree. I refuse to support cruelty and abuse.

Thanks for being a vegetarian. Humans are not meant to eat animals. Humans can live without animals but they can't live without plans. Go vegan for health, environment, and for animals.

Its not a lifestyle choice, its simply respect for another life enough to not be a cannibal. Tradition has brainwashed the entire planet. If you can't harvest the life you consume, you really have no right to the kill. It's only funny until you are at the hand of the butcher,still alive,bleeding out. These things are uncomfortable to watch because there immoral. Change is never convenient. Vegan and diabetic 2 years. If I can do it anyone can.
