actually, she wears the bandanna to acknowledge the gay community. Back in the 70's an individual would wear a bandanna, mostly in their back jean pocket to show their pride. Brandi wears this as a way of paying homage to those who paved the way. just a tidbit of info you might want to know.
ps. i don't doubt that the use of color helps to jazz up her photos.

It's wonderful to see and hear the evolution of this song, how it has changed over the years and became the masterpiece that we hear on the album Live at Benaroya Hall... is a shame that only a few people recognize the strength of this magic and powerful song! Brandi on stage singing this song is simply perfect... I'm proud of you!
