I saw the tracking status online, the courier tracking no is given but which courier service is unknown...!I think they are trying to play with customer...!if customers go to consumer forum then Mr.Thayagarajan will fired for sure.....

hey mallikarjunpalagiri & pharmwhiz u both guys ordered it on 12 and 14 july and think about the state guys like me and others who have ordered on 10 july or before, totally exhausted and god damn angry...
I went to ELCOT personally twice for tracking the status of laptop delivery but these irresponsible peoples try to give numerous excuses, I totally got messed up...
man if I directly ordered LAPTOP from agent or showroom it wouldn't had taken hardly about a weeks for delivery(prices dropped).

In normal use the top casing and also the hinges break down. With Mag. Alloy casing the user gets fully protected from such damages and also scratches. Value for money. That is what ELCOT wishes to offer. The home notebooks are meant for one year operation and there is no guarantee for the plastics after one year. Commercial notebooks are designed to last long.
