7th Grader Builds Robot (filmed in 1984)

I was in 7th grade back when I built this robot in 1984 (give or take). I'm showing the robot (SID) to my classmates as we make a video for kids in another country as part of our social studies class. This robot was also my entry into that year's science fair.

This is pretty fantastic! I hope your classmates were in awe of you back then. There are plenty of self-proclaimed "roboticists" and mechanical wizards who can't even do this with today's technology, haha. Very cool.
