High Pitched whining noise from engine or pullies.

I have been getting this high pitched annoying sound recently and I have no idea what it is from. I don't think it's coming from my supercharger. I resealed the snout, put another gasket on, and ran the car with the pulley pulled and doesn't lead to it so far. I'm thinking a bearing is bad on one of the cars pulleys. Sounds like its coming from the crank pulley or water pump. Any suggestions...

Bearing is bad take the belt off and grab the pulley if it moves up and down then the bearing is shot if it doesn't the try turning by hand

@94eclipseman Nope it was the manifold under the supercharger leaking. The spray trick with carb cleaner stalled the engine out. In other words vacuum leak.
