I have been getting this high pitched annoying sound recently and I have no idea what it is from. I don't think it's coming from my supercharger. I resealed the snout, put another gasket on, and ran the car with the pulley pulled and doesn't lead to it so far. I'm thinking a bearing is bad on one of the cars pulleys. Sounds like its coming from the crank pulley or water pump. Any suggestions...

  • Bearing is bad take the belt off and grab the pulley if it moves up and down then the bearing is shot if it doesn't the try turning by hand

  • @94eclipseman Nope it was the manifold under the supercharger leaking. The spray trick with carb cleaner stalled the engine out. In other words vacuum leak.
