The fucking goverment, why dont they put a fucking web-metal around the platform (in winter) to prevent to anyone to get in and stucked under the platform

First think i got in my mind was get a fucking rope, tie in above platform, and in my body, say to 3-people ( standing above the platform) "bring me up every 8sec", get under water then i would bring up as many i could. But geting panicked in that moment si fucking sick and not help-full.

First:- You can hear the cameraman loughting when he know people can't swim and will drow.

Second:- :no one is geting inside the water (maybe corded by the boat) to help them.

Third:- the other boats are standing from above them (so they can not Swim to surface and drown easy) and if they don't knowhow to swim then that prove they are Not just stupid but dangeurs for them selfs and the others.
