@lonewulf44 Ah you mean pornography as well as prostitution, for women being sexual beings. Well those two have been around since time immemorial, with wall paintings to start with before 1800's film making. And as it is we are all doing the wrong things anyway, for a start men should only be working part-time ( a few hours a week ) and spending more time at home with the children they have, same with the women too! Businesses & corporations have us held like slaves! Money fu*ks up everything!

Woman of today's society have an even worse projection of being nothing but 'sexual beings' ... and you generalize the 50's through a lens tainted by negative depictions of the worst of that society. @lonewulf44 Oh and does that entail also of women forgetting that they are sexual beings in their own right, to remain virgins for the men, then only sex for a woman is at the push of a button for the man who presses the buttons for her, button pressing in marriage only,to round that little equation off, going back to where women will be Liars and say ' I don't like sex ', huh? That too? Today's broken culture as you put it, is the release of the mess created by the 1950's & prior. Robots?

Your knowledge of 1950's women's roles seems to have been informed almost completely by old episodes of 50's sitcoms, and even then, I think this wife is unusually submissive.

@TheBrradsullivan the SECRET ideal one probably was of some ethnicity lol You have no idea how many old guys that have told me they married interracially when they were in those days in diff countries.
