Gold Coast Airport Marathon - 2007 Trailer

The Gold Coast Airport Marathon is Australia's fastest, flattest course with a top elevation of just 15m above sea level.

The course winds its way from Southport along the world-renowned Gold Coast coastline to Miami, passing through Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach before turning at the 13km mark.

The trip home follows the coastline up along the famous Broadwater in the north (34km) before turning for the homeward journey.

It's an ideal course for those who are looking to compete in their first marathon or half-marathon, or for those wishing to achieve a personal best time.

2008 is set to see a growing number of international participants from China, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, USA and more.

Domestic interstate interest and attendance has also steadily been growing year on year...
