Probably because it was popular in so many countries. It's the same as when a movie is given many titles when it is released internationally. The tune is the same, but it seems that the lyrics change from nation to nation. "Beer Barrel Polka" and "Roll Out the Barrel" were the two popular titles in England and the U.S. while "Rosamunde" and "Bohmische Polka" were the popular titles in Germany, which at the time also comprised Austria and Czechoslovakia.
