Getting my fat ass into shape in preparation of the Abudhabi pro BJJ trails in London.(march 2012)
I use a schedule which mimics certain grappling moves, and helps build overall strength. (at least that's what it is supposed to do ;))
It can be done with only a kettlebell or with a dumbell or any other lose weight.
I use 16kg and 20kg.
