In short, grandma was right, lard is better.
The most important question to ask yourself is does my doctor know about this product and if not why?

Also when you eat good healthy foods your body lets you know it by making you feel satisfied, full, energetic, full of life,happy and a good sence of well bein. so listen to your body it is always communicating with you. if u eat just one junk meal thats really JUNK you will feel it shortly after..bloated, upset, miserable, basically feel like crap. listen to ur body.
