There were 4 of us, 50+ holes
Each 1-3ft deep.

A post hole digger on the back of a LandRover/tractor/LandCruiser would save a lot of back ache?Was that near Tropicana?or Plumridge Lakes very similiar country and the sand dunes glimmer.

I am building metal detector that sit below a modified roomba. Next just need to further modify it so that it drops a flag on eah time it beeps. This way I do less digging.

@wngchnKid 3500 and 4500's at the time I think.
I used a mono coil to begin with, I was leaving nuggets everywhere.
The mono was very annoying and difficult, I could run over a target and tune it out after the 2nd swing.

@wngchnKid If you check the mines department website they have an application called Tenegraph. This will show what is "Exploration, prospecting and mining leases)
