This is a video clip from the DVD program "Storm Chase 1990-1992 by Robert Prentice."
This tornadic supercell shot near Beloit, Kansas was part of the famous June 15, 1992 tornado outbreak across the north central Kansas. This poorly documented outbreak ranks as one of the greatest storm chase events of all time with a rotating cluster of supercells producing multiple tornadoes as it moved east across the Smokey Hills of Kansas.
This supercell was producing numerous tornado that I could not see from my vantage point. A report stated a farmer near Waconda Lake came out from his storm cellar three different times during the evening only to note fresh tornado damage each time.

This supercell thunderstorm produced multiple tornadoes (many undocumented) during its lifecycle, including an F4 near Tipton, Kansas (see part 2 of 5).
