A video of me doing one round of circuit "C" from the RMAX 4X7 program. Also there's a bit at the end, a body-flow I saw on Scott Sonnons blog recently called the "Kong". I don't do it as good as he does but I'm working on it. This was only the 2nd time I'd tried it anyway. Now that I have it on video I can compare to his and see what I need to improve on

  • Watch the wooden fence in the background. At 1:54 a tiger walks along the fence.

  • Good workout. Another variation of this cycle, if you have not already done it. When you got to the platform to do your jumps. I would start harging from the bar, swing and land on the box, then jump, turn, jump back onto the box, jump to the bar and do a pullup, do a hanging turn around, and repeat.

    Also, nice friggan cat in the background 8-0 Is it a mountain lion?
