Good workout. Another variation of this cycle, if you have not already done it. When you got to the platform to do your jumps. I would start harging from the bar, swing and land on the box, then jump, turn, jump back onto the box, jump to the bar and do a pullup, do a hanging turn around, and repeat.
Also, nice friggan cat in the background 8-0 Is it a mountain lion?
