How to make a very cool picture.

You NEED photoshop for this. .. i use photoshop editions 5.0 but im pretty sure all photoshops do it.

If you are pressing "ctrl, alt & c" and nothing is coming up. All you have to do is look in effect for the hue/saturation setting and then continue with what I show in the video.
